From the Temptations in 1964 to BTS, from the Spice Girls to Blackpink, all the way to Huntr/x, the virtual band born from a Netflix animated film in 2024. At the top of everything, One Direction: six billion songs as a group, eleven as solo artists — the defining case of this volume and perhaps of the entire history of boy bands. But there's more: an analysis of the "solo streams" — the billion songs that former members produced as solo artists, often surpassing the numbers of the group itself — and a look at who's still missing: the notable absentees like Little Mix, the most credible candidates to enter the club in 2026, and the bands that could surprise in the years ahead. Because the Billion Club is not a closed archive. It's a story still being written.

Just to be clear, tracks that entered the "Billion Club" in 2026 do not include a speci c stream count, though they have obviously surpassed the one billion stream milestone. Three key  gures alone illustrate the scale of this phenomenon:   32 billion stream tracks produced by boy and girl bands in the Billion Club at the time of this volume's completion.   16 bands represented, spanning from The Temptations in 1964 to Huntr/x in 2025.   39,983 million total streams accumulated by the 28 tracks with con rmed data nearly forty billion listens.
