The carter’s position
The child sits with his head bowed, his hands resting on his knees, and must breath deeply. His back is straight, his weight on his buttocks and his heels are on the ground.
This exercise is for keeping the back straight, concentrating, distributing the weight and balancing the body.

The horse
The ring and little fingers are spread out and put on the leg like this.
This is helpful for widening this space, which will enable good tuning. (A cork can also be put between the ring and little fingers and kept there all night).

Coordinations excercises
These exercises should be done fast, one after another, with each hand doing something different each time.
