Practise the “soups” with various rhythms, and talk and answer simple questions.
Twinkle twinkle should be practised with each rhythms.
You should not go on to the next rhythm unless you can do the previous one properly. The left hand must not be used unless the 3rd rhythm has been played perfectly whilst talking.
The proper way of practising “Twinkle Twinkle” is to change strings and place the finger before starting to play, as shown below:
