Tiziana Loi si è diplomata in arpa presso il Conservatorio di Musica di Cagliari con Paloma Tironi. Si è specializzata in Francia con Marie Claire Jamet, Catherine Michel, Elizabeth Fontan Binoche, Liana Pasquali. Ha vinto il “1er Accessit” nella Categoria Superieur al 35° Concorso Internazionale dell’U.F.A.M. di Parigi.
 Insegnante d’arpa dal 1999, è docente abilitata per tutti i cinque livelli d’insegnamento del Metodo Suzuki presso il Suzuki Talent Center di Torino sotto la guida di Gabriella Bosio. Tiene correntemente lezioni e seminari sia in Italia che all’estero.
 È direttore artistico dell’Associazione Musicale “Arpeggiando”, in cui è anche insegnante d'arpa. Con “Arpeggiando” organizza seminari, workshop e concerti con docenti e musicisti di fama internazionale.
 Da sempre impegnata nella diffusione dello studio dell’arpa e della conoscenza della musica di questo strumento, ha fondato l’insieme di arpe Sardinia Suzuki Harp Ensemble con allievi a partire dai quatto anni d’età. I suoi studenti hanno vinto primi premi in concorsi nazionali ed internazionali.

 'Non potho reposare' means I can't rest. It is a lovely and famous Sardinia traditional love song. Here it is arranged for five lower-intermediate harpists.
 The score is for lever or pedal harps. Harp I part also functions as a solo version. The series We Play the Harp is primarily designed to acquaint the young harp student with chamber music repertoire and therefore increase skill in musical arts. The pieces have been created also for optional playing with other melodic instruments (for example, flute, violin, clarinet, etc.) and in the bass clef (cello, bassoon, piano, etc.). In this way it is possible to perform small "symphony pieces", ideal for public musical performances.
 The pieces have been composed for lever harps. The alterations for these harps are shown inside a square, using roman numerals to show the exact indication of the lever to be changed. Whenever possible, these alterations are noted at the beginning of the piece or in the place where it seems best to change them. The pedals are indicated, as is traditional, with letters.
 Each piece contains the score and the individual parts for each instrument including fingering, where considered necessary. The bass part, even though it includes bowing directions, may be played by any "continuo" instrument. All of the individual parts may be photocopied.
