Giornalista: Mi scusi ma questo vino sà di tappo!
Produttore: Quale?
Giornalista: Il Greco di Tufo 2003.
Produttore: Mi dispiace, ne apro un altro.
Giornalista: Oh, questo va bene. Ha un piacevole bouquet fruttato!
Produttore: Che cosa pensa del corpo?
Giornalista: Beh, il corpo è buono e l'acidità è ben accentuata. È molto persistente e il finale sa molto di mandorle tostate. Lei fa altri vini bianchi?
Produttore: Sì, facciamo anche un Fiano di Avellino. Vuole assaggiarlo?
Giornalista: Sì. Per favore ... mmm! Questo è proprio squisito! Ha sentori fini di pera e spezie al naso e decisamente una nota di nocciole. Preferisco questo vino, penso che sia più complesso del Greco. Dove lo fate?
Produttore: Vicino al paese di Lapio. È a nord-est di Avelli no.
Giornalista: Quanto Trebbiano toscano usa nel taglio?
Produttore: Ne usiamo solo il 10%
Giornalista: È stato un piacere assaggiare i suoi vini.
Produttore: Se viene al Vinitaly questa primavera può passare al nostro stand per assaggiare le annate nuove.
Giornalista: Mi piacerebbe, grazie molte.

Journalist: Excuse me, this wine is corked!
Producer: Which one?
Journalist: The 2003 Greco di Tufo.
Producer: I'm sorry, I'll open another one.
Journalist: Oh, this is just fine. It has an attractive fruity bouquet!
Producer: What do you think of the body?
Journalist: Well, the body is good and the acidity is nicely crisp. It's quite persistent and the finish has lots of toasted almonds. Do you make any other whites?
Producer: Yes, we also make a Piano di Avellino. Would you like to taste it?
Journalist: Yes, please ... mmm! This is really delicious! It's got subtle hints of pear and spices on the nose and a definite note of hazelnuts. I prefer this wine, I think it's more complex than the Greco. Where do you make it?
Producer: Near the village of Lapio. It's to the north-east of Avellino.
Journalist: How much Trebbiano Toscano do you use in the blend?
Producer: We use about 10 percent.
Journalist: It's been a pleasure tasting your wines.
