Ah, Venezia!
Oh, Venice! The image of the Serenissima (Most Serene Republic in English), with its museums, bridges, ancient buildings, canals, and all its artistic and cultural heritage, always manages to captivate us. Walking up and down its streets, you can dream of the city that was once a cosmopolitan centre, where you could find a range of the rarest products, as well as spices, fabrics, and wines. Speaking of which, the ritual of drinking a glass of wine (referred to as an ombra - a “shadow” - in the Veneto region) has remained undisturbed throughout the centuries – we can see evidence of this in ancient and charming places, historical and new signs that indulge those customs that have remained through time, current and alive.
