War, prison camps, silence. All this forged Paolo Desana’s worldview and civic outlook. The values of integrity, collective responsibility, and respect for dignity guided him even in his public battles, first and foremost the one to protect Italian wine. We chose the Paleologi Castle to start this story because every stone whispers of dignity and memory. Wine, like history, is made of conscious choices and respect for what came before. And it is from these values that we started to discover together the story of a man and his territory.
