THE BAROLO WALL and THE MONFERRATO WALL

With gratitude, we steal the words from Jargon, the artist, to describe the experience of the walls.

There is a point, entering Barolo, where the town seems to want to tell its story even before welcoming you.

Along Via XXV Aprile, for about a hundred meters, a three-meter-high masonry transforms into an open-air artistic path: it is the Barolo Wall, a project conceived in 2020 with the commitment of the Municipality of Barolo supported by Fondazione CRC, together with the inspiration of the Urban Artist Jargon; in April 2025, its first completion step was revealed, transforming a hundred meters of concrete into a journey through some of the most surprising stories and characters of Piedmont. Just walk on the sidewalk to discover, panel after panel, a story made of images.
